All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be given. If you cancel your order, you will receive a credit on file that will not expire to use towards anything we offer for sale. Those that pre-order understand that they need to be patient on when they will receive their birds, we are a small breeder and are also breeding for our breeding pens. Your temperatures must be safe to ship before we will ship you birds or you will have to be moved to our next group of available birds that fit your order criteria.  For juveniles, we will send you photos and/or videos of the available birds that fit your order criteria for you to choose from unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. You can pass if you don’t see a bird you love and you will be moved to our next group of birds we have available. Colors and patterns vary and can change as the bird grows, we have no control over this. Chicks that have no noticeable flaws at the time of shipping could develop them later, we have no control over this. Solid black skin is rare in our pens, we occasionally get only 4 toes in some of our pens, (most common in Mille Fleur pen, focusing on color/pattern & type) we do not count these birds as pet quality and you understand that you can receive a bird with missing toes. A straight-comb bird is considered pet quality here. Unexpected colors can pop up in some of our pens, when ordering chicks especially, you understand that you may end up with a color you were not expecting. We do not vaccinate our birds. Stress can cause illness in birds and moving/shipping them to a new location can bring on a lot of stress. Due to this, we do not offer any health guarantees on our birds.  Always quarantine your new birds and give them vitamins upon arrival. You are responsible for any health testing prior to pickup or shipping. We do not have a avian vet locally. We ship our birds using USPS Express Mail or you can arrange a transporter to pick up your birds up if you are unable to.  Day before shipping we give the birds vitamins & electrolytes to prepare them for their journey.  Shipping day, we pack juveniles with feed, a water bottle and hydro gel mix with electrolytes. Young chicks will have feed, hydro gel mix with electrolytes and 110 hour rated heat pack (temperatures pending) in their shipping box. Young chicks can come with any feather type (majority of what we hatch will have silkie feathers, learn about feather types here at the bottom of the page) if you only want a certain feather type then you need to order juveniles. If you choose to ship your birds you order from us, you assume all risks involved. You also agree to be patient with our shipping times, we will delay shipping if weather/temperatures are not safe for our birds to ship. We do everything we can to prepare the birds to get to you safely but we have no control over how USPS handles your birds. By purchasing our birds, you agree to not hold us liable for USPS delays, mishandling of your birds or any DOAs.  There ae no refunds on shipping fees or the cost of birds that arrive DOA. USPS does not have insurance for live birds, therefore, your birds will not be shipped with insurance. Shipping Juvenile and older birds is much less risky then shipping chicks, please consider this when deciding what age you want to order.
