PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!

• FOR SHIPPING: 4 minimum & 8 maximum chicks per shipping box. Chicks are shipped USPS Priority Mail Express with a heat pack if temps are require one, a water bottle and lots of feed for their journey to you. You are required to pay your shipping fees once we are ready to ship.
• FOR PICKUP: 3 Minimum . We are located in Palo, Iowa. For bio-security, we will arrange to meet you at our local Casey’s gas station to pickup or have you meet us at the end of our driveway.  If you are only wanting 3 chicks, please email us to get on our pickup list & we will have you pay cash at pickup.
• We ship orders out in the order we receive them and when temperatures are safe (65-85 degrees) on our end AND YOURS! No exceptions. The safety of all our birds is our top priority.
• Chicks are unsexed & 2-3 weeks old when shipped to you. We make sure everyone is given a great start here at home those first 2-3 weeks and are strong, healthy & thriving before we will ship them to you.
• If you’re picking them up and would like them sooner if we have them available, just leave us a note at checkout.
• 90% of the chicks we hatch are Silkie but there is a chance you could receive satin/frizzle feather types.
• Small chance of receiving a Showgirl (naked neck).
• Any request for specific colors or feather types can be made in the note section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests for your order. Please note, something like all frizzles, satins or Showgirls is not possible.
• June-Fall shipping/pickup dates. We are a small breeder, we do not have exact shipping dates. 
• We will contact you roughly a week prior to shipping/pickup so you have time to prepare for your chicks. Please note your order at checkout with any dates you will not be home to receive your chicks.
